What this website collects
There are no accounts and no forms that save your details on a server. The only information collected is visit statistics, described below.
WhatsApp booking requests
When you use the booking form, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and the message goes directly to Dr. (Mrs.) Japa Shibila's phone. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
Maps
The clinic map and the reviews link are provided by Google. Google’s privacy policy applies to the embedded map.
Website statistics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they find useful. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location and the type of device you use. It does not receive your name, phone number, or anything you type into the booking form. Google’sexplanation of how it uses this data applies.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’sopt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way. Cloudflare also records basic, cookie-free visit counts.
Your health information
Information you share during a consultation is kept confidential by the doctor, in line with professional obligations and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
